Cancellation & Return Policy

 

Fresh Flowers & Arrangements

All fresh flower orders are non-refundable once prepared or delivered, as flowers are perishable goods.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made within this period may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations are not refundable.

Workshops & Events

  • Workshop bookings are transferable but non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may:
    • Send a friend in your place, or
    • Request to reschedule to another available session (minimum 72 hours’ notice required).
  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice cannot be credited or refunded.

Wedding & Event Florals

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding or event booking.
  • In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply (calculated on the total booking value, including the deposit):
    • More than 8 weeks before the event: 20% of the total booking is non-refundable.
    • 6–8 weeks before the event: 50% of the total booking is non-refundable.
    • 2–6 weeks before the event: 80% of the total booking is non-refundable.
    • Less than 2 weeks before the event: 100% of the total booking (including deposit) is non-refundable.
  • Changes to designs or quantities may be accommodated if requested at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

Plants, Gifts & Non-Perishable Items

  • Returns are accepted for unused, non-perishable products (e.g., vases, pots, giftware) within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Special & Custom Orders

  • Custom arrangements, wedding/event florals, or bulk orders require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Balance payments are also non-refundable once flowers are ordered from our growers.
