Floral collection prices exclude delivery, onsite setup, transfers and collection. We will confirm those services in your personalised quote. All prices are AUD and include GST.
Collection names describe the floral approach, not a fixed guest count. Final volume, flower varieties, venue access and season affect your quotation. Individual items are also available.

Meet for a consultation
We can arrange a conversation or studio consultation to understand your vision, discuss practical options and make the most of your floral budget.
Receive your initial quotation
We will prepare an initial itemised quote showing the proposed flowers, quantities and service requirements. You can ask questions and refine the scope before deciding to proceed.
Secure your booking
Once you are happy with the proposal, sign the service agreement and pay the booking deposit set out in your invoice. Your date is secured once both are received.
Picture and refine the design
After booking, we prepare your complimentary visual mockup. We will refine colours, proportions and details with you, and can schedule an optional physical mockup for the material cost only.
Confirm the final details
As the date approaches, we will confirm the table plan, final quantities, delivery addresses, venue access, timings and any floral transfers. The remaining balance follows your agreement.
Enjoy your wedding day
We prepare your flowers and deliver, install and style the agreed pieces. Any agreed collection or repurposing is coordinated as part of your confirmed service plan.

Complimentary visual mockup
Included after your booking is confirmed. Based on your individual quotation, this helps you picture the proposed floral style, palette and arrangement of the pieces.
Optional in-person mockup
We can schedule an actual floral mockup to explore materials, colour and approximate size together. You only cover the material cost, agreed with you in advance.
Mockups guide the design. Seasonal flower availability may vary; substitutions will maintain the agreed palette, style and value.

A few helpful answers
Can I change the quantities?
Yes. The collections are starting examples. We can tailor wedding-party numbers, guest tables, ceremony pieces and finishing details.
Can ceremony flowers be reused?
Where the design, timing and venue access allow, we can plan a transfer. Already-purchased flowers are not charged for a second time; any additional move and reset are included in your service quote.
Is delivery included?
Collection prices are floral subtotals. Delivery, installation, transfers and collection are quoted for your venue, schedule and access requirements.
Is the mockup free?
The visual mockup is complimentary after booking. An optional physical mockup is charged for materials only, with the amount agreed beforehand.
When is my date secured?
Once your signed agreement and required booking deposit have been received. An enquiry or consultation alone does not reserve your date.
